Refund Policy

At ESIMIZ, we strive to ensure our customers enjoy seamless and reliable connectivity. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Since eSIMs are digital products, our refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent while protecting against misuse.

Eligibility for Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 5 days of purchase if all the following conditions are met:

  • The eSIM was purchased directly from esimiz.com.

  • The eSIM has not been activated or scanned.

  • No data has been used from the eSIM plan.

  • The refund request is made within 6 months of the purchase date.

  • You provide clear documentation, if needed, to verify non-activation or device incompatibility.

Refund for Incompatible or Locked Devices

We understand that not all devices support eSIM functionality. You may be eligible for a refund in cases of device incompatibility or carrier lock if you meet these conditions:

  • The QR code was not scanned.

  • No data was used.

  • You provide a screenshot or verification proving device incompatibility or lock.

  • The eSIM was purchased within the last 6 months.

We encourage you to verify your device’s eSIM compatibility before purchase. Feel free to contact our support team at support@esimiz.com for assistance prior to ordering.

Refunds Due to Technical or Connection Issues

If you experience connection issues:

  • Please contact our support team during your travel period at support@esimiz.com or via live chat.

  • We cannot guarantee refunds if we are contacted after your trip.

  • A full or partial refund (less an administrative fee of $5 or 30%, whichever is greater) may be provided, depending on data usage and case assessment.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The eSIM was activated and partially or fully used without any technical issue.

  • Your device was incompatible, and activation/data usage had already occurred.

  • The refund request is made after 6 months from the purchase date.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
