Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

License and Scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service on a compatible device. The Service provides prepaid mobile data packages (“Tariff Plans”) for use in supported countries listed on our website.

Service Agreement

The Agreement becomes effective once you activate or use the Service and continues until terminated. The Service is prepaid and non-refundable after activation, unless otherwise covered in our refund policy.

Your Responsibilities

You must:
- Use the Service only on compatible, authorized devices.
- Ensure you provide accurate personal identification if requested.
- Secure your eSIM from unauthorized use. You're responsible for all charges unless reported and confirmed by our team.
- Avoid unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have parental/legal guardian consent. You agree to follow all local laws applicable to your use of the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, signal interference, and network outages. We may conduct maintenance without notice but will minimize disruptions where possible.

Charges and Payments

You must have a valid Tariff Plan to access the Service. Charges are deducted based on usage. Unused credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Service without notice for reasons including fraud, misuse, inactivity beyond 6 months, or if required by law. Suspended accounts may be reactivated within 3 months if all issues are resolved.

Internet Access and Content

We do not guarantee third-party content accessed via our Service and are not responsible for any virus or damage to your device. Use antivirus software at your discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Services in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunity.

No Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of third-party networks is at your own risk.

Assignment
